Refer a Roofer. Get Paid Every Month They Stay.
Earn 5% or 10% of every invoice your referral pays us, every month, for life, as long as they’re a client. No cap. No expiration. Veteran-owned. No fluff. We pay what we owe.
How it works
Four steps. No hoops.
01
Register the referral.
Fill out the form before the roofer signs. Takes two minutes. That’s how we know it’s yours.
02
Pick your lane.
Make the intro and let us do the selling, or do the selling yourself.
03
They sign within 90 days.
The roofing company signs with Fully Armed Marketing (FAM) within 90 days of your registration.
04
You get paid every month, for life.
Every month they pay us, you get your cut, for as long as they’re a client. No cap. No expiration. Paid after we collect, targeted by the 15th of the following month.
Two ways to partner
Referral Partner — 5%
The short version
You open the door. We walk them through it.
What you do
Introduce a roofing company that could use honest Google Ads management.
What FAM does
All the selling: the calls, the questions, the proposal.
What you earn
5% of the client’s paid invoice, every month, for life, as long as they’re a client.
Best for
People who know roofers but don’t want to sell.
Sales Partner — 10%
The short version
You open the door and close the deal.
What you do
Refer the roofer and sell them on FAM. They’re ready to sign without us running a sales process.
What FAM does
Paperwork, onboarding, and the work itself. No selling needed.
What you earn
10% of the client’s paid invoice, every month, for life, as long as they’re a client.
Best for
People who already have the trust and the conversation.
Your tier is set when the client signs. If they sign without us selling, you’re a Sales Partner. If we did the selling, you’re a Referral Partner. FAM makes that call, and we’ll tell you straight which one it is.
The math, plainly
Here's what one client looks like.
Our commission base is the total invoice the client actually pays us each month. That’s our $700 management fee plus our fee of 10% of their ad spend, after any discount.
Example: a roofer spending $5,000/month on Google Ads.
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| FAM management fee | $700 |
| 10% of $5,000 ad spend | $500 |
| Invoice | $1,200 |
| After 10% autopay discount (what the client actually pays) | $1,080 |
| Referral Partner (5%) | $54/month |
| Sales Partner (10%) | $108/month |
If that client stays 12 months, that’s $648/year as a Referral Partner or $1,296/year as a Sales Partner. Example only. Your actual commission depends on what each client pays.
Note: The ad spend itself (the money paid to Google) isn’t included. Commission is on what the client pays FAM.
What this could add up to
One roofer is a nice check. A Rolodex is a second income.
Same example client as above: $1,080 paid each month. Here’s what it looks like as your referrals stack up.
| Paying clients you brought in | Referral Partner (5%) | Sales Partner (10%) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $54/mo · $648/yr | $108/mo · $1,296/yr |
| 10 | $540/mo · $6,480/yr | $1,080/mo · $12,960/yr |
| 50 | $2,700/mo · $32,400/yr | $5,400/mo · $64,800/yr |
| 100 | $5,400/mo · $64,800/yr | $10,800/mo · $129,600/yr |
These figures are hypothetical examples based on the sample client above. Actual commissions depend on each client's paid invoice and how long they stay. They aren't a guarantee of earnings.
Bigger ad budgets mean bigger invoices, so your commission grows with their spend. And it pays again every month they stay.
The long game: commissions for life.
Paid every month for as long as the client stays. No cap. No expiration.
Say you sold 100 clients at the Sales Partner tier (10%), and each one stays 10 years:
- $10,800 a month
- $129,600 every year
- $1,296,000 over 10 years
No extra work after the deal is done. We do the work. You keep getting paid.
Hypothetical example based on the sample client above, not a guarantee of earnings. Actual commissions depend on each client's paid invoice and how long they stay.
Who makes a great partner
You don’t have to be in marketing. You just have to know roofers who’d be better off with an agency that doesn’t BS them.
- Roofing suppliers. You talk to contractors every day and hear who’s frustrated with their leads.
- Insurance adjusters. You work alongside roofers on every claim and know which ones are serious about growing.
- Roofing coaches. Your clients ask you who to trust with their marketing. Now you have an answer that pays.
- CRM consultants. You set up the system that tracks leads. We help fill it.
- Web designers. You build the site. If they need Google Ads run, send them our way instead of turning the work down.
- Roofers in other markets. You’re not competing for the same jobs. Help a peer in another market and get paid for it.
Why partner with FAM
Straight talk. Kept word. Paid on schedule.
Veteran-owned, and it shows in how we do business.
Fully Armed is a veteran-owned business. That means simple things: say what you’ll do, do what you said, and pay what you owe on time.
We won't make you look bad.
You’re putting your name on the intro. We take that seriously. Fully Armed will never BS your referral, and we remove the handcuffs other agencies put on their clients.
Recurring, not one-and-done.
Most referral deals pay once. Ours pays every month the client stays and pays.
Clear rules, in writing.
How much, when, and what counts are all spelled out below. No fine print games. We kept receipts on what not to do.
You get paid on schedule.
After we collect the client’s invoice, we target paying you by the 15th of the next month, by ACH or PayPal.
FAQ
How much do I earn as a FAM referral partner?
You earn 5% or 10% of the total invoice the client pays FAM each month. Referral Partners earn 5% and Sales Partners earn 10%. For example, on a $1,080 paid invoice, that's $54/month or $108/month.
How long are referral commissions paid?
For life, as long as they're a client. Commissions are paid every month for as long as the client stays with FAM and pays, with no cap and no expiration date. They stop only when the client cancels.
What's the difference between a Referral Partner and a Sales Partner?
A Referral Partner makes the introduction and FAM does the selling, for 5%. A Sales Partner refers and sells the client so FAM does no selling, for 10%. FAM sets the tier at signing based on whether any selling from FAM was needed.
When do I get paid?
You get paid monthly, after FAM collects the client's invoice. FAM bills in arrears and targets paying commissions by the 15th of the month after collection, by ACH or PayPal.
How do I register a referral?
Submit the referral through the registration form on this page before the client signs. The client must sign with FAM within 90 days of your submission for it to count.
What if two people refer the same company?
The first registered referral wins. Credit goes to whoever submitted the company through the form first.
Do I need to be a roofer to be a partner?
No. Anyone who knows roofing companies can partner, including suppliers, insurance adjusters, roofing coaches, CRM consultants, web designers, and roofers in other markets.
Is ad spend included in the commission?
No. Commission is on what the client pays FAM: the management fee plus FAM's 10%-of-ad-spend fee, after any discount. The ad spend itself, paid to Google, isn't included.
Do I need to fill out a W-9?
Yes. A W-9 is required before you can be paid. FAM issues a 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a year.
Can the program terms change?
Yes, but only for future referrals, and with 30 days' notice. Clients you've already referred keep paying you on the terms you signed up under, for life, as long as they stay.
Know a roofer who deserves better than agency fluff?
Register the referral. We’ll take it from there, or you can. Either way, you get paid every month they stay.
Questions first? Reach out and talk to a real person. No pitch.
The terms, in plain English
- Register first. Referrals must be submitted through the registration form. The client must sign with FAM within 90 days of your submission.
- First registered referral wins. If two partners register the same company, the first registration gets credit.
- New business only. Existing FAM clients and prospects already in our outreach or sales pipeline aren’t eligible.
- Tier set at signing. FAM decides at signing whether it’s a Referral (5%) or Sales (10%) deal, based on whether FAM had to do any selling.
- Commission base. A percentage of the total invoice the client actually pays FAM each month (management fee plus ad spend fee, after any discount). Ad spend paid to Google isn’t included.
- Paid after we’re paid. FAM bills in arrears. Commission is paid monthly after the client’s invoice is collected, targeted by the 15th of the month after collection.
- No commission on money we don’t keep. No commission on refunds, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices.
- For life, as long as they stay. Commission continues every month as long as the client stays and pays, with no cap and no expiration date. It stops when the client cancels.
- Payout and taxes. Paid by ACH or PayPal. A W-9 is required before payout. We issue a 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a year.
- You’re independent. Partners aren’t FAM employees. Don’t promise results or pricing beyond FAM’s published offer, and don’t spam anyone on FAM’s behalf.
- Changes. FAM may change terms for future referrals with 30 days’ notice. Commissions already earned on existing clients are honored.
Full terms are in the partner agreement.
The signed Partner Agreement governs. Approved partners receive it after their registration is approved.
