Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fully Armed Marketing (“FAM,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit fullyarmedmarketing.com (the “Site”), contact us, become a client, or take part in our Referral & Sales Partner Program. It also explains your privacy choices and rights.

Fully Armed Marketing is Fully Armed Marketing LLC, doing business as Fully Armed Marketing, based in Erie, Pennsylvania. We provide Google Ads management for roofing companies in the United States. The Site is intended for U.S. businesses.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message (and anything else you choose to include).
  • Clients: business and contact details, billing information, and the information needed to manage your advertising accounts, as described in your client agreement.
  • Partner registration (see “Referral & Sales Partner Program” below): your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), partner type, payout preference (ACH or PayPal), intended tier, and the details of the business you’re referring.
  • Partner payout and tax information: if your referral is approved, we collect payout details (bank account for ACH, or your PayPal email) and a W-9 (which includes your taxpayer ID number) separately, not through the website form, so we can pay you and meet tax reporting rules.

Information we get from other people

  • Referred contacts: when a partner registers a referral, they give us the referred person’s name, business name, email and/or phone number, location, and any notes the partner adds.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our providers collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, approximate location (city/region, derived from the IP address), browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, how you reached the Site, and cookie or online identifiers. See “Cookies, analytics and your choices.”

You can visit the Site without giving us your name or contact details. If you choose not to give information a form asks for, we may not be able to respond or register a referral.

Referral & Sales Partner Program

If you’re a partner. We use your registration details to review the referral, check whether the business is eligible (for example, that it isn’t already a client or already in our sales pipeline), contact you, keep a time-stamped record of your registration (it determines referral credit and the 90-day window), decide your tier, calculate and pay commissions, send you commission statements, and issue tax forms when required by law. Your registration is stored in our website’s database and emailed to our team. Payout and tax details are kept separately with restricted access and shared only with our payment and tax providers as needed to pay you. They’re used only to pay you and meet our tax obligations.

If someone referred you to us. A partner, someone who knows you or your business, gave us your contact details because they believe our services may be a good fit. We use them to:

  • contact you about our services;
  • check whether we’ve already been in touch with you; and
  • credit the right partner if you become a client.

We don’t sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share your details with other partners. If you become a client, we’ll tell the partner who referred you that you signed. Their commission statements will show your business name, the invoice amounts you paid us, and their commission (a percentage of those amounts). Partners must keep this information confidential under their partner agreement.

Don’t want to hear from us? Tell us at james@fullyarmedmarketing.com or reply “stop” to any message, and we’ll stop contacting you. You can also ask us to delete your details (see “Your privacy rights”). We may keep a minimal record (business name and the date you opted out) so we don’t contact you again and can resolve referral-credit disputes.

Partners’ responsibility. Partners may only give us someone’s contact details if they have that person’s permission to share them and the person is OK being contacted by FAM. Partners may not spam, text or call anyone on FAM’s behalf.

Cookies, analytics and your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your privacy choices, keep forms secure, and understand how visitors use the Site.

  • Consent management (Consently). Our cookie banner is provided by Consently. It stores your privacy choices in a cookie (named “consently”), records your choice (with a timestamp and basic browser details) so we can show we respected it, and tells the other tools on the Site what you’ve allowed. Our WordPress site also saves the same choices in small “wp_consent_…” cookies so plugins can respect them.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits, traffic sources and how pages perform. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as “_ga”) and collects the usage information described above. Google processes this data under its own terms: see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Google Consent Mode. Our banner sends your choices to Google’s tags. If you opt out, or if consent hasn’t been given where it’s required, Google tags run in a restricted mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google receives only limited, cookieless signals (for example, that a page loaded) without identifiers.
  • Embedded content. Videos, maps, booking widgets and social posts from other companies (such as YouTube, Google Maps, Vimeo, Calendly, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and Spotify) are blocked until you allow them. Once loaded, those companies may set their own cookies.

Your choices

  • In the U.S.: analytics cookies are on by default. Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the banner, or the privacy icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, to opt out. Your choice is saved in your browser.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information for that browser.
  • Outside the U.S.: non-essential cookies stay off until you click “Accept all.” You can change your mind any time with the privacy icon.
  • Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
  • Do Not Track: browsers’ “Do Not Track” setting has no common standard, so we don’t respond to it. We do honor GPC, as described above.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your questions and requests;
  • provide our services to clients, including billing and account management;
  • run the partner program: review and credit referrals, contact referred businesses, calculate and pay commissions, send statements, and handle tax reporting;
  • operate, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms;
  • understand how visitors find and use the Site (analytics); and
  • comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and enforce our agreements.

We don’t use personal information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people based solely on automated processing.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run our business and process data on our behalf under contract. They include our website host, our website platform and form plugins (WordPress / Elementor), our email provider, consent management (Consently), analytics and tag management (Google), the payment processors we use to pay partners, and our accountant.
  • Partners, limited to what’s described in “Referral & Sales Partner Program” (for example, telling a partner that a business they referred became a client, and the amounts their commission is based on).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: if FAM is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction or permission.

“Selling” and “sharing” under state privacy laws. We don’t sell personal information for money, and we never sell or share the information you or a partner submit through our forms. Some state laws, including California’s, define “sale” and “sharing” broadly. Letting Google’s analytics cookies collect information about your visit could count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as a “sale”. So we treat it that way and let you opt out (see “Your choices”). In the past 12 months, the categories that may have been sold or shared this way are identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address) and internet activity (pages viewed and interactions on the Site), with Google. We don’t knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it:

InformationHow long
Contact-form messages (non-clients)24 months after our last contact
Client recordsFor the length of the relationship, plus 7 years for tax, accounting and legal reasons
Partner registrations (partner and referred-contact details)For the length of the partner relationship, plus 4 years after the last commission (they’re the record of referral credit)
Referred contacts who don’t become clients12 months after registration, except a minimal “do not contact” record if they asked us to stop
Partner payout and tax records (W-9, payment history)As long as tax law requires, generally 4 to 7 years
Consent records (Consently)12 months
Analytics data (Google Analytics)Up to 14 months, under our Google Analytics data-retention setting

Your privacy rights (California and other U.S. states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know / access: ask what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with, and get a copy;
  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information we collected about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for taxes or to pay a commission owed);
  • Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information;
  • Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising: use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, the privacy icon, or a GPC signal (see “Your choices”), or contact us;
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information: we collect sensitive information only from partners (taxpayer ID and bank account details) and use it only to pay them and meet tax obligations, so there is nothing further to limit; and
  • Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

How to make a request: email james@fullyarmedmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or call (855) 944-1326. We’ll confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend this by 45 more days when the law allows, and we’ll tell you if we do). To protect you, we’ll verify your request by matching information you give us with information we have, for example by confirming the email address or phone number we have on file. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission. We may still ask you to confirm your identity directly.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing james@fullyarmedmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We’ll respond within the time your state’s law requires. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General.
